Not-same frequency provable data transfer method under multi-cloud storage

Abstract

Many users store a large number of files on multiple clouds, and sometimes some users transport a large number of files from one cloud to another, but corruption of files due to cloud services or hacker attacks occur frequently. Therefore, cloud users must perform data integrity verification during the transfer process. Moreover, the verification overhead should be as low as possible. Existing methods of data transfer are time-consuming when a large numbers of files transfer. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposed the not-same frequency provable data transfer method. According to the time characteristics of file corruption on the cloud, cloud users carried out verification in different frequencies at different time periods. The security analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method can significantly decrease error detection latency of files transfer between clouds, and it's an effective prove data transfer method.
