Research on stability of cross-border logistics alliance

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of low stability and low efficiency of cross-border logistics alliances. This paper analyzed the characteristics and stability factors of cross-border logistics alliance, and constructed the evolutionary game model of alliance stability. Then it analyzed the evolutionary stability strategy and stable path of enterprises within the cross-border logistics alliance. It also combined with system dynamic to simulate how the different influencing factors influence the stability of the alliance. The result shows that the alliance benefit distribution mechanism, the logistics resource size invested by member companies, and the organization cost have a significant impact on the stability of the alliance, while the alliance operation efficiency, enterprise opportunism and cooperation synergy have relatively weak influence on the stability of the alliance. Therefore, solutions can be taken for enhancing the stability of the cross-border logistics alliance.
