摘要 随着信息技术以及服务主导思想的发展,信息服务能够跨界融合形成服务生态系统以满足复杂定制化需求。针对服务生态系统演化的复杂性、融合性、动态性等特点,对其演化特征进行统一、准确的度量对于服务生态系统理论的深入研究具有重要意义。基于此提出的熵模型从生态、经济、网络三个角度度量服务生态系统的演化性能,并引入博弈分析以研究系统优化方法。进一步,建立多代理计算实验来模拟服务生态系统的竞合演化过程,为演化分析提供数据支撑。实验结果表明,熵模型具备有效性。熵模型能够度量服务生态系统的隐性驱动因素并为其提供决策支持,为系统的量化分析提供了新的思路。

英文摘要 With the development of information technology and service-oriented theory, information services can cross-borders to form service ecosystems to meet complex customization demands. In view of the complexity, fusion and dynamic of service ecosystem evolution, it is of great significance to carry out uniform and accurate measurement of its evolutionary characteristics. This paper proposed entropy model based on this background, it could measure the evolution performance of service ecosystem from the ecological, economic and network perspectives, and introduced game analysis to study the optimization method. Further, this paper established multi-agent computational experiment to simulate the competitive evolution process of service ecosystem, it provided data support for analysis method of evolution. The experimental results show that the entropy model is effective. The entropy model can measure the hidden driving factors of the service ecosystem and support it in decision-making, which provides new ideas for the quantitative analysis of the service ecosystem.
