摘要 为更有效地在网络中进行广告信息推广和谣言控制,针对真实社交网络信息传播的特点,对信息传播机制进行了研究。首先,在传统SIR模型的基础上,将节点状态分为未知、阅读、感染、免疫状态。然后,考虑节点自身属性的差别和不同信息在不同社区中的价值,定义了自适应节点状态转移概率函数,建立了更加符合社交网络真实传播特点的V-UKIR模型。最终,通过不同信息传播过程对比,验证了该模型的有效性。同时,通过在不同模型下的实际传播对比,证明了该模型在新浪微博和Twitter上有较好的信息推广和谣言控制效果。

英文摘要 In order to promote advertising information and control rumors more effectively in the network, this paper studied the mechanism of information dissemination according to the characteristics of real social network information dissemination. Firstly, it divided nodes into four states based on the traditional SIR model, included unknown, known, infected and recovered state. Then, considering the difference of nodes' attributes and the value of different information in different communities, this paper defined an adaptive node state transition probability function and established a V-UKIR model. It was more in line with the real propagation characteristics of social networks. Finally, this paper compared different information dissemination processes and the actual propagation under different models. The simulation results indicate that the V-UKIR model is valid and has better information promotion and rumor control effect on Sina Weibo and Twitter.
