基于本体的“两型社会”建设决策问题分析的云服务框架

摘要 针对“两型社会”建设服务决策问题的特点,采用本体技术对决策问题的属性进行分析并描述决策问题相关概念之间的语义关系,基于云平台环境构建了决策问题分析的云服务框架,分析了具体的处理流程和应用方案。云计算基础资源的共享能力和本体技术对知识的重用性能为决策问题分析提供服务,且有效地解决了构建“两型社会”服务处理决策问题的多样性和复杂性,方便用户实现相关决策问题求解,制定相应的决策方案。最后以具体的实例验证了该云服务框架的有效性和智能性。

英文摘要 To begin with analyzing the characteristics of decision problems about the "two-oriented society", this paper analyzed and described the properties and the semantic relationships between concepts of decision problems using ontology technology.It constructed the service framework about analyzing decision problems and designed the specific processes and applications cloud-based platform. Could computing holded capabilities of resource sharing and ontology technology holded capabilities of knowledge reuse that provided better services of analysis for decision problems. It solved diversity and complexity of the problem effectively and achieved problem solving and developed the appropriate decision scheme. Finally, this paper presented an instance to verify the effectiveness of the framework.
