Orientation analysis of judgment results based on deep learning

Abstract

The orientation analysis of judgment results is of great significance to the standardization of the judgment documents and the recommendation of litigation lawyers. However, there is no effective analysis model. In order to make full use of the massive data of the judgment documents, this paper designed a model for orientation analysis. It extracted the key features from the semi-structured judgment documents, and identified and cleaned the multi-entities in the judgment results by fuzzy matching. It processed the results by deep learning neural network based on LSTM for analyzing orientation. By experimenting with the data set of three different kinds of cases, the accuracy of the model is up to 98.3%, which verifies the validity of the model in the orientation analysis task of the judgment results.
